Easy-Make, Yummy Protein Snack Balls for Home, School, Sport Bag or On the Go

I could eat these yummy protein balls by the container full, in one sitting. Easy to make, healthy and delicious. Make and take or make and freeze to enjoy later!

Note: Real people make whole food look authentic, not fancy! My photo is straight out of the freezer.

No added sugar. No gluten. No dairy. No grains. No nuts.

Here’s the simple recipe:

1/3 cup raisins, soak in water for about 15 minutes
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1 tbl chia seeds
1/2 cup sunflower seed butter
1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
1/2 cup hemp seeds
1 tsp almond or vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
2 small scoops of protein powder (totally optional)

Drain the raisins first thing. I sometimes chop them up in a food processor before adding to mixture. Add in all ingredients into a medium-size bowl. Add a little water if mixture is too dry. Form mixture into small balls. These yummy whole foods protein balls are ready to enjoy. Refrigerate (for about one week) or freeze to enjoy later.
